1) Select Items you would like to purchase.
2) Send me email with item name, quantity, specification if applicable (colour choices, size, etc). Please include shipping address and telephone number (local). This is to determine the shipping quote, and local Pos Ekspress require phone number.
3) Note, price shown on the website (MYR and USD) does NOT include postage.
4) I will send you an Invoice via email (local Malaysian), or Paypal (International buyers). Bank a/c number or paypal email address will be provided in this invoice.
5) Note, for Malaysian, payment is via local bank-in only in MYR currency. Paypal is accepted but there will be additional charges of 3.4%+RM2 over and above all price+shipping quoted. Shipment to local Malaysian address only.
6) Note, for International buyers, payment is via Paypal only, in USD currency only. Price shown includes all paypal fee and exchange rate differences. Shipment to International address only.
7) Shipping fee will be quoted separately after order is given - to determine the weight, and I will always provide the most affordable shipping rates available.
8) I use registered mails only. This means you will be able to track your packages.
9) All payment transactions must be completed within 3 working days from date of invoice.
*** We cannot be responsible for lost packages as it is out of our control. But since the packages are registered, we will endeavour to locate the packages through Pos Malaysia. No replacements/refund for lost packages.
